Green Sands designed, supplied and installed 16 NIKKO sewage treatment tanks with a total volume of 60m3/day for a new tourist camp site and lodge park in Al Mirfa, Abu Dhabi. The site is ecologically significant so it was essential that the client had the most effective, efficient and environmentally solution available.
To save water and reduce the cost of consumption, Green Sands was asked to supply and install a single NIKKO sewage treatment tank to treat the wastewater from a staff accommodation block. Green Sands installed a NIKKO sewage treatment tank at the rear of the property and integrated the treated water outflow with an existing irrigation system. The customer now has reduced water bills and is safe in the knowledge that he is helping the environment.
A new tourist resort in Abu Dhabi required a sewage treatment solution that would overcome the problems associated with a centralised system in an area of undulating terrain and shifting sands. Green Sands assisted in the design of a decentralised solution for the 57 villas that gave the customer all the benefits of effective sewage treatment without the complications and cost of a centralised network.
A VIP customer needed an environmentally friendly solution to treat the sewage on a private island retreat that would eliminate the inconvenience and cost associated with collecting the wastewater in sewage tanker trucks. Two NIKKO sewage treatment tanks were supplied and installed to give the customer an effective, efficient and environmentally friendly solution to his sewage treatment problems.
A private customer who designed his new villa to be ecologically sound, arranged the plumbing system so that the grey and black water were separated. Being on the main sewage network the black water would be disposed of in the mains sewer and the grey water treated so that it would be safe for use as irrigation water by a single NIKKO tank.
